INJECTIDRY SYSTEM

As part of  Higgins ProTeam Restorations' commitment to provide our clients with top notch service,  we are always looking for ways to save time and money on our jobs -- as part of this commitment, we always maintain current, top of the line equipment and technology that aid us in allowing our jobs to run as efficiently and cost effective as possible.   I recently purchased an "Injectidry System" which has many uses in our industry for saving wet materials.  Primary among these are hardwood floors. This system uses negative pressure to dry out hardwood floors right down to the subfloor (standard installations).

I have actually used this unit before to dry a cupped strip hardwood floor completely and at the end of drying, absolutely no restoration work was required, not even refinishing. This system works well with ceramic and marble floors as well.  This process allows the insured to stay living in their residence while the drying process in taking place, avoiding the inconvenience and cost involved in having to temporarily relocate.
